First of all the fact is that I never really took my Power Pro Muscle Supplementdiet that seriously. I knew that I should have been eating lots of healthy food and cutting out all the junk food, but I continued eating foods such as pizza, chips and biscuits. Therefore although I was using exercise bikes and rowing machines to burn fat, I still had too much body because of my poor diet.
